Shipping
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-6 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST ship the same day.
Standard Tracked Delivery is $5.99 for all orders.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at sales@jacksonbirch.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Contact us immediately at sales@jacksonbirch.com if you need to update your address. We can make changes before the order ships, but cannot modify the address once it's in transit.
First, check with neighbors or household members. Sometimes packages are left in safe locations. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us at sales@jacksonbirch.com and we'll help resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 25 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 4 business days of receiving your return to the original payment method.
Email us at sales@jacksonbirch.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and our return address.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
We process exchanges as returns and new orders. Return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the size or color you prefer.
Contact us immediately at sales@jacksonbirch.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Email sales@jacksonbirch.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are processed within 4 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
